REASONS TO GO/ENTER CONTEST:
(In my opinion) the Arcade Fire is one of the GREATEST LIVE BANDS since whichever band you last thought was the greatest live band. I've seen them twice and you should see them too. See photos HERE and HERE.

To quote Pitchforkmedia, who recently named the band's album, Funeral, #1 of 2004, "Funeral could open on a black winter night in any North American city, inside the mind of anyone trapped by youth and desperate for a way out."

Or, All Music Guide says, "Butler sings like Radiohead's Jonny Greenwood used to play, like a lion-tamer whose whip grows shorter with each and every lash. He can barely contain himself, and when he lets loose it's both melodic and primal, like Berlin-era Bowie or British Sea Power."

Or, Rolling Stone says, "Funeral aches with elegiac intensity."

GOOD LUCK & HAVE FUN!

lot o' love,
yp
